Return & Refund Policy

At Prabhani Publications, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every book or eBook you purchase meets your expectations. However, if you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Physical books may be eligible for return or replacement under the following conditions:

• The item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
• An incorrect product was delivered.
• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
• The item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging.

Note: We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect ordering. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Digital products such as eBooks, PDFs, or downloadable materials.
• Gift cards or promotional items.
• Products purchased during clearance or special sales (unless defective).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.

Returned items should be sent to our head office in Malabe, Sri Lanka, at the address provided in your confirmation email.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

For payments made via bank transfer or cash on delivery, we may require additional information (such as your bank account details) to complete the refund.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us with your order details, and we’ll arrange a replacement if stock is available.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returning an item are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged product). Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
